  • Work on the specific section you will be given.  
  • Your task is to make a few relevant content questions (What, how, why, etc.) that outline the main ideas stated in your section. 
  • Write them on your notebook with their corresponding answers.

§  What should you do if your coworker says something offensive and why should you do it? 

7. Avoid accusations and blame.

§  What recommendations should you follow to avoid blaming others for the conflict?
